Cathy didn’t just edit my 512 page book, Edible Plants. She was my right-hand person throughout the entire process, from the initial concept, decisions about structure and design, right through to the final proof-reading. She then helped me to publish and promote the book. Her knowledge, attention to detail and wide range of abilities was invaluable throughout.
